Creter Concrete Products has a long history in the concrete and precast industry.
Five generations ago, in 1918, we started as Creter Vault in Irvington, New Jersey with Philip Creter at the helm. He brought his skills as a stonecutter and concrete mason to work, providing headstones and outer burial containers (masonry enclosures) to support collapsing graves in local cemeteries.
Even as we’ve seen tremendous growth over the years, we have always been and will continue to be a family-owned operation. In the years following 2010, we opened Flemington Concrete Products, allowing us to supply concrete to the area and increase our buying power. We were able to expand manufacturing, which lead to acquiring more land/space. With the additional land/space, we opened our doors to recycling.

Black River RR Terminal
Creter offers unique access to the Black River Railroad System. The Railroad backs right up to our plant, which means that our business is not limited to New Jersey. Other than our trucks, the railroad allows an alternate shipping option, when needed.

MULTIMEDIA
Creter Multimedia consists of articles, photos and videos of our business. Media may include news articles, products, products being made or installed. Take a look and see what’s going on!
